The Brut Santus Franciacorta is a sparkling wine produced with the classic method. The harvest is postponed so that the grapes are more mature. It is composed of Chardonnay and Pinot nero. During the vinification process the pressing is soft and maceration takes place on the skins. The malolactic fermentation is carried out in steel tanks and partly in French oak barriques. Refinement lasts 6 months.
