Gin Aviation

Gin Aviation is produced in America by the House Spirits Distillery. The manufacturing process of this gin is divided into four phases. The first phase is the infusion of botanicals such as cardamom, coriander, lavender, aniseed, juniper and orange. These spices are processed for 18 hours in pure grain. Then the distillation takes place together with pure water. The cutting phase involves careful monitoring where some of the liquid is removed. Finally, the mixing and bottling of the finished product.
