The disgorgement of the Brut Mosaique Signatura takes place only after 5 years of aging, during which the wine matures and the bubbles become refined. The grapes that compose it are 40% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Meneur and 25 to 35% reserve wines. The maturation takes place for 5 years on the lees.
