The harvest of the Pinot Grigio grapes takes place in September, the grapes are partially vinified in white. The aging of the wine takes place on the lees in steel tanks for a period of six months and before being put on the market it refines further for a few months in the bottle. The first vintage of Jermann’s Pinot Grigio production dates back to 1974.
