The harvest for the grapes that make up Carned Kerner began in the first week of September and ended at the end of October. First the grapes are de-stemmed and then softly pressed, maceration takes place for 18 hours and decanting takes place naturally. Fermentation takes place slowly and at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C (50% occurs spontaneously in oak barrels). The maturation is done on the fine lees in steel tanks for 5 months. It is filtered and bottled in March.
