For the production of Livio Felluga Friulano, the grapes are delicately de-stemmed and left to macerate for a short period. Once macerated, it is softly pressed and the must obtained is clarified by decanting. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature, once the “Friulano” is finished it is kept on the lees in stainless steel containers for about 6 months. The refinement takes place for about 2 months in the bottle in thermo-conditioned rooms, before being put on the market

Description
Colore: Giallo pieno con riflessi dorati e verdi.
Profumo: Intenso, accattivante ed elegante. Note di agrumi, foglie di pomodoro e mandarle impreziosite da sentori fruttati di uva spina, kiwi, pesca gialla e albicocca. Presenza di note floreali come il gelsomino, la rosa antica, i fiori di limone, bergamotto e scorza di cedro.
Gusto: Complesso, vivace e avvolgente. Attacco morbido con freschezza crescente. Note fruttate di frutta, mela Golden, frutta secca, vaniglia e sentori balsamici di salvia e timo. Tannicità piacevole e di buona persistenza che dona un gusto amaricante ma nel finale si percepisce un retrogusto tipicamente agrumato.
