Oasi, like the name of the Nero d’Avola vineyard of Feudo Maccari, which overlooks the Vendicari oasis, a naturalistic jewel of infinite beauty. Created to tell the art and beauty of Noto, Marzamemi and Sicily through the decorations of the bottle. A Provençal rosé wine, but which expresses the freshness and warmth of Sicily. Fresh version of Nero d’Avola, the fruit of maceration for a few hours and aged in steel to enhance the primary characteristics of the varietal. Fresh as the Ionian breeze that cradles the Nero d’Avola grapes at Feudo Maccari. A wine with a bright color and delicate shades of pink, fragrant and perfumed, thanks to a bouquet of floral and fruity notes. A soft elegance and a fresh and juicy palate. Round and tasty, with good acidity. Perfect for Mediterranean cuisine as well as for combinations with international and exotic dishes.
