To create Pico Maccario’s Moscato Asti Dolcevita, only Moscato grapes are used. The production area is Piedmont. During the manufacturing process the grapes remain in contact with the skins. After that the must is separated. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature in stainless steel autoclaves, where the second fermentation takes place. Moscato Asti is a sweet wine which in its naturalness is lively and pleasant.
