The name Gewurztraminer derives from the German name of Termano. In South Tyrol it boasts a very long tradition that gives rise to excellent wines. Only ripe and perfectly healthy grapes are selected. The harvest began on September 4th and ended towards the last weeks of October. The destemming of the grapes takes place late, the maceration takes place cold for about 12 hours, it is softly pressed and decants naturally. The fermentation, on the other hand, takes place at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C. The maturation takes place on the fine lees for 5 months. Filtration and bottling take place in March.
