Domenis Tre Re Schioppetino is a grappa produced in the territory of Friuli, using fresh pomace from Schioppetino. The pomace is separated and processed. The distillation process takes place in a discontinuous copper plant with eight stills with direct steam. Then follows the “transformation” of the distillate at 40 ° alcohol to accentuate its delicacy. Aging lasts at least 12 months in French oak barrels.
